There is almost no content in this "book". The tips are literally just generic little blurbs full of buzzwords accompanied by pictures of dope studio setups, and are not elaborated on or explained in any way. The first one is literally "create an identifiable sound". That's the entire first page/tip. If you can't come up with that one on your own maybe don't go into music. It gives no advice as to how to achieve an identifiable sound, it gives no examples of artists with particularly identifiable sounds, etc.Since we're here and you're clearly looking for advice and I clearly don't like the content of this book, here is some advice I think will help you more than this book, and you don't even have to pay $13 for it.
-Listen broadly and diversely. Don't corner yourself into one genre of music just because you like it best. Research artists you like and find out who influenced them, and then go listen to those people and find out who influenced them etc. Find out who did production on your favorite albums and listen to other stuff they've produced.
-Skill is honed by lack. You don't need ableton's $900 suite and push to churn out a banger.
-Jam and collab with people you like as often as possible. Be there for other people and don't be afraid to ask for favors when you need them, but don't expect people to give you stuff for free. Network and engage.

MUST BUY!!! THIS BOOK GAVE ME LIFE!!
This book has just enough to get you doing all the right things to be successful with your music career!! You can appreciate the fact that it is clear and straight to the point! No gimmicks, no long, drawn-out stories. Just the important things you need to do if you want to be successful. Most music producers know how to create the music, but how many people really know what to do after that? I've spent over ten thousand hours in studios creating music, however, its what you need to do outside the studio that really counts. Remember, this is still a business! TIPS for Music Producers covers many of the things you need to know outside the studio. I've put 4 of the 25 tips into practice right away and already seeing the benefits. These are more than just tips, they are really required things you must do to be successful! Easy read! Not a lot of legal jargon, and technical mumbo jumbo! It's clear, to the point, and extremely helpful! But remember, YOU STILL HAVE TO DO THE WORK!
